Ingredients :

For Boiling Noodles :
8 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 pack Dazze noodles
cold water, for rinsing
For Hakka Noodle
2 tbsp oil
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 chilli, slit
2 inch ginger, chopped
2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
½ onion, sliced
½ capsicum, sliced
½ cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, sliced
2 beans, chopped
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions :

Firstly, in a large vessel take 8 cup water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt
Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 pack DAZZE Hakka noodles
Stir and boil for 5 minutes or until the DAZZE Hakka noodles turn al dente
Drain off the DAZZE Hakka noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. keep aside
In a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 clove crushed garlic, 1 chilli, 2 incg inch ginger and 2 tbsp spring onion
Stir fry on high flame
Now add ½ onion, ½ capsicum, ½ cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 beans. stir fry until the vegetables shrink slightly
Further add 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper powder
Stir fry until the sauces well combine
Now add boiled noodles, 2 tbsp vinegar and stir fry
Also add few bean sprouts and 2 tbsp spring onions
Finally, enjoy DAZZE veg hakka noodles with more spring onions

Ingredients :

150 gms DAZZE MULTIGRAIN hakka noodles
3 nos eggs
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup capsicum
3/4 cup cabbage
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon green chilli sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoon oil + as needed
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon spring onion
1 tablespoon spring onion
salt to taste

Instructions :

Boil 4 cups water along with salt and oil.
Add 150 gms DAZZE MULTIGRAIN hakka noodles
Cook noodles until slightly soft but not mushy.It should be aldente
Drain water, Rinse with cold water to remove the excess starch and stop further cooking
Add little oil, toss it and keep aside to avoid sticking
Heat oil in a wok – add 3 eggs along with salt and pepper. Scramble well. Transfer to a plate and set aside
To a large wok – first add 2 teaspoon garlic finely chopped along with 1 teaspoon spring onion white part, Saute for 2 mins
Add 1/4 sliced onion, 1/2 cup carrot,1/2 cup capsicum, 3/4 cup cabbage
Saute for 2 mins in medium high heat – Make sure the veggies should be crunchy and not over cooked
Keep heat in high – ADD 1 teaspoon schezwan sauce , 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon green chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon vinegar , required salt and add 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Give a quick toss so that the veggies are coated with sauces, it should be done in high heat so be quick
Finally add cooked DAZZE MULTIGRAIN noodles along with 1 tablespoon spring
Now add scrambled eggs
Toss well. DAZZE MULTIGRAIN SCHEZWAN Egg Noodles ready!

Ingredients :

250 gms Dazze multigrain noodles
4 cups chicken / veg stock
3 green onions finely sliced into rounds
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon low sodium Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon dark Soy Sauce
4 leaves Bok Choy/ leeks

Instructions :

In a large saucepan, heat the chicken / veg stock and bring to a boil
Add the green onions, Bok Choy and veggies as per taste , soy sauces, oyster sauce & the Dazze multigrain noodles
Reduce the heat and cook Dazze multigrain noodle for 10 to 15 mins ( just until tender)
Serve hot with spring onions on top !
